Class Timetable 

I run in person classes in Merton Park and Wimbledon as well as online classes via Zoom, so there is something for everyone.

My current timetable is below. If you're new to my classes, I offer a free taster class, so if you'd like to try a live or online class contact me here and I'll send you all the details you need.

Monday:

  • 08:00 - 08:45 Stretch & Flow (Online)
  • 10:00 - 11:00 Over 60s Pilates (William Morris House, SW19 1JS)
  • 12:30 - 13:30 Pilates (St. Mary's Merton Park SW19 3HJ)

Wednesday:

  • 10:00 - 11:00 Pilates (Online)

Thursday:

Beginner Pilates - designed for anyone new to Pilates, or anyone who has taken some time off and is looking for a refresher. We run through the fundamentals of Pilates in a supportive and encouraging environment, building progressively through the exercises giving you the confidence to join a regular class.

Pilates - these mixed ability classes develop your Pilates technique and skills by means of a balanced, effective, total body workout, with particular focus on the core.

Over 60s Pilates - small group classes designed to keep over 60s mobile with a strong focus on balance and co-ordination. We work on increasing your core strength, improving flexibility and helping with general aches and pains in the joints and spine.

Stretch & Flow - a Pilates and yoga-based class to gentle music, to stretch, lengthen and strengthen and set you up for the day. Suitable for all levels.

1:1 and small group sessions

I also offer private 1:1 sessions, or small group sessions in person at your home or in the studio at West Wimbledon Physiotherapy Centre. Alternatively, they can be held online, via Zoom. For further details, please get in touch: info@inmotionpilates.co.uk

Corporate Pilates Sessions - 'Pilates at Work'

Pilates can bring tremendous benefits to those who spend a lot of time working at a desk, improving alignment and posture and helping to improve and prevent common back and neck issues. I offer corporate sessions at your premises or online. Please contact me here for further details.
