Pilates - these mixed ability classes develop your Pilates technique and skills by means of a balanced, effective, total body workout, with particular focus on the core. Suitable for all levels except complete beginners.
Over 60s Pilates - small group classes designed to keep over 60s mobile with a strong focus on balance and co-ordination. We work on increasing your core strength, improving flexibility and helping with general aches and pains in the joints and spine.
Healthy Backs Pilates - to help prevent and manage low back pain (I am a qualified Back4Good teacher) and also really beneficial for everyone who is spending too much time hunched over a laptop, working from home. Suitable for all levels.
Morning Stretch & Flow - a Pilates and yoga-based class to gentle music, to stretch, lengthen and strengthen and set you up for the day. Suitable for all levels.
1:1 and small group sessions
